本心と偽りの心

今日は朝からお出かけ。
お知り合いのご紹介で、社長さんとご縁がありました。
最近特にそうですが、良い出会いがとても多い。
有り難き幸せ！！感謝。
 
今日のタイトルは本当の自分と、偽りの自分。
私たちは、普段、頭の中で色々な事を考え、取捨選択をし、行動を起こす。
その殆どは無意識によるものらしい。。
 
私は、自分の普段の考えや思いに、よくフォーカスしている。
 
「恐怖」「不安」「欲望」「善悪」「好き嫌い」「甘え」「それらの全ての葛藤」
また、ビジネスの事全般的に、自身の心の声をよく聴く。
相反する心が入り混じる。
 
相反する心がぶつかっている。（どちらも自分の心の声）
心にある常識と非常識がぶつかる。善悪がぶつかる。欲望と節制がぶつかる。
私は、どちらの思いも否定しない様にしている。在るがままに受け入れる。
どちらの心も本心だから。（けっして、それを正当化するわけではない）
そのまま大切にするだけ。（受け入れる、許す）
 
偽りの心は、心の声を否定した時に顔をだす。（特に欲望、悪、非常識、嫌い等）
私たちは、世間的常識の中で社会生活はしているが、思考までそうかと言えば、
？？？ではないでしょうか。
 
心を健全に保つには、本心を抑圧してはいけない。（行動の抑圧ではない）
素直な思いを認めて、許し、大切にし、そこから出発する。
 
健全な精神は、在るがままの自分を大切にしている状態。（正当化ではない）
良い、悪いのを分っている上で、両方認める状態。
 
本当の心を大切にして、向き合って行く心。
良い子より、素直な子。
良い人よりも、素直な人。
 
在りのままの自分を大切にする。そして、もう一人の大人の自分が導いていく。
